Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 5 – 7 minutes, or until sauce thickens. Grilling Method: Prepare grill to medium high heat. Brush thawed salmon with oil and place on grill. Grill salmon 5 – 7 minutes per side. Place salsa in a small saucepan and simmer on low 5 – 7 minutes or until thick. Minimum Internal Temperature 145 degrees. Prepare rice as directed and serve with salmon.

Bleu Cheese and Pecan Rolled Steak - Regular Order (serves 2-3)

Cooking Instructions:
