Ingredients: salmon fillet,
pineapple chunks,
salsa,
horseradish,
mustard honey,
cornstarch,
rice basmati,
spice lemon pepper
Cooking Instructions:
Do ahead (all cooking methods): Remove frozen salmon from vacuum packaging and place in Ziploc bag. Sprinkle with lemon pepper. Seal bag and allow salmon to thaw completely.
Sauté Method: Heat 2 TBSP olive oil in a sauté pan over medium high heat. Place thawed salmon in pan and sauté 3 - 5 minutes. Turn fish over. Add pineapple salsa. Cover. Reduce heat to medium low and simmer 5 – 7 minutes, or until sauce thickens.
Grilling Method: Prepare grill to medium high heat. Brush thawed salmon with oil and place on grill. Grill salmon 5 – 7 minutes per side. Place salsa in a small saucepan and simmer on low 5 – 7 minutes or until thick.
Minimum Internal Temperature 145 degrees. Prepare rice as directed and serve with salmon.

Bleu Cheese and Pecan Rolled Steak - Regular Order (serves 2-3) |

Roll and fill this steak with a favorite flavor combination of bleu cheese, pecans, bread crumbs and garlic. It is finished with a flavorful sauce of rosemary and pineapple juice. Roast and slice to reveal an incredible stuffing. (Foil pan - can be split)

Cooking Instructions:
Oven: 45 minutes
Thaw completely. Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Lay steaks on a lightly greased cookie sheet and bake uncovered for approximately 15-20 minutes. Turn over and bake another 10-20 minutes or until desired doneness. To Grill: Grill steaks on BBQ for 10-20 minutes each side, or until desired doneness.
