Ingredients: Salmon filets, lemon juice, ginger, maple syrup, soy sauce, pepper, sugar brown, mustard dijon, rice brown
Cooking Instructions:
Thaw completely.
Oven Method: Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Lay salmon in a baking dish and cover with maple glaze. Bake 20 minutes, or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
Grilling Method: Brush thawed filets with olive oil and place on hot grill. Grill for 5 minutes. Turn over and brush with glaze. Cook an additional 5 – 10 minutes, brushing with glaze. Extra glaze can be heated and served on the side.
Minimum Internal Temperature 145 degrees. Steam brown rice as directed and serve with salmon.
